    EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

    Exhibitor booths are $875 for an 8’ x 8’ booth. We have a total of 50 booths available. Please look at the attached Exhibit Hall layout for booth locations and let us know which booth space you would prefer. Please list a first, second and third choice. Each booth purchase entitles you to two full convention registrations OR one full convention registration and one ticket to the Wednesday Night Welcome Event.  Additional booth attendees will cost $190/each. Electrical, phone/internet connection and carpeting needs are additional costs and the exhibitor company/hotel will handle those needs. Upon receipt of your registration form, an exhibitor packet with more detailed information regarding booth setup will be forwarded to you.

    WEDNESDAY NIGHT WELCOME EVENT

    Join us for food, drink and entertainment at a location to be announced.  Price will include food and one/two drink tickets per person.  Registration for this event is $50 per person.

    HOLLIS ROBERSON DINNER/DANCE AND PRESENTATION OF TAHU AWARDS

    The evening will start with the President’s Reception at 6:30PM, followed by the Hollis Roberson dinner and presentation of the TAHU and Hollis Roberson Awards.  Dancing and entertainment will follow until midnight.  This event is NOT included in the Exhibitor and Sponsorship packages, unless specified. 
    Registration for the Hollis Roberson dinner is $60 per person.
